Meditation Meetings
Each meditation session begins with a few words about sitting meditation and helpful attitudes to hold during mindfulness meditation practice, followed by meditation practice.

DATE: The 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month (Next 2010 meeting dates: May 11th May 18th June 8th June 22nd July 13th July 27th)

TIME: 5pm to 6pm

LOCATION: Pacific Oncology and Hematology 477 North El Camino Real Suite D-200 Encinitas, CA

WHO: Community Welcome 

FEE: Group participation is free. This group is sponsored by a grant from the David Blackburn Wings of Care program and is additionally funded by the San Diego Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society

Mindfulness Meditation practice has been associated with improved functioning in a wide range of areas:
